What is the food Distribution?
Our food donation program started with a few bags of groceries distributed on the front porch of our first property. It has grown to a truck filled with food boxes ready to give to the neighbors at our community center. Thursday morning food distribution has become a neighborhood community event where people also gather to share life and foster close relationships.
We need a truck!
We are excited to expand our ability to serve our neighbors! This investment will allow more flexibility, possibly enabling us to provide a wider variety of food. It will also save money in the long-term, as we will no longer need to rent a truck each week.
Do you want to be a part of fighting food insecurity in our city? Help us reach our goal of $40,000!
Any amount helps! Contributions are tax-deductible. Follow the link to make a secure online donation. Scroll down for other ways to give.
